GLA:D, short for "Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark," is a scientifically proven initiative tailored specifically for individuals grappling with hip and knee osteoarthritis. The program spans 12 sessions distributed over six weeks, with a strong emphasis on empowering participants through a combination of strengthening exercises and comprehensive osteoarthritis management education.

We achieve this by alleviating pain, improving functionality, and equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to take control of their health and effectively manage their condition.
